Our workshop is located in the T.T.C. MIDC area, specifically at A-86 along the Thane Belapur Road in Khairane. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around outside. We’ve been operating from this same building for quite a bit of time now. Mostly, our days involve looking at technical drawings, handling metal parts, and making sure the machines are running like they should. It’s dusty and noisy, but that is the nature of engineering work in this part of town. We aren't the type of people who sit in fancy offices all day. Usually, our hands are a bit dirty from checking on a project out on the floor. The staff here has been together for years, so we all know how the others work. We just focus on getting the jobs done that come through our door. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we have to spend extra hours figuring out a tricky mechanical issue. Being in the Midc means we are surrounded by other shops and factories, which makes it easy to get parts or talk to other tradesmen. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just a group of us who know our way around a toolkit and some heavy equipment. This place in Khairane is where we spend most of our lives, just working away and making sure things get built properly before they head out for delivery. It’s a lot of manual labor, but we are used to it.
