We’re located in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, specifically in apartment E-404 of the Abhilasha Co-Op Housing Society in Sector-21. It’s a residential building, so it doesn’t look like a typical office from the outside. Working for Indian Oil Tanking Engg. Proj. Ltd. from here means we are right in the middle of a busy residential hub. Navi Mumbai is always expanding, and Kamothe is no different. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination for engineering projects. Being in a housing society means we have to be mindful of our neighbors, so it’s a pretty quiet operation. We spend most of our time on the computer or on the phone, talking to people at the project sites or the main headquarters. The space is filled with files, computers, and the usual office stuff, but it still feels like an apartment. It can get a bit humid here near the coast, and the trains nearby are a constant background noise. We don’t have any fancy marketing materials or a big sales team. It’s just us handling the project details and making sure everything is documented correctly. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to keep everything organized in a small space, but we manage. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the sector grow up around us, which is quite something.
