Captain Engineers & Contractors

We've been in Sector 9, Airoli for a bit now. People around here know us as Captain Engineers & Contractors. It’s a busy spot here at Man Sarovar, especially during the middle of the week. We mostly handle building stuff and fixing things up when various contracts come in. It isn't always fancy work, but it gets done. We are up on the fourth floor, in room 402. Sometimes the office is loud because of all the phones ringing, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We deal with a lot of paperwork and site plans every single day. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, so there is usually plenty to keep us moving. We don't spend much time on social media or anything like that. We just show up and do what needs doing for the projects we get. It's a small team here. We know each other well and we know the neighborhood. If you walk past Plot B 62, 63, or 64, you'll see where we are based. We have been in this sector for a while now. Most of our day is spent talking to workers or checking on materials. It’s practical work. No big speeches, just engineering and managing the jobs as they arrive. We try to keep things simple. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the sites a mess, but we just deal with it. We aren't the type to complain much about the weather. We just want to get the job finished.
