L&T Eccd

Our office is over in Sanpada, Navi Mumbai, specifically at A/702 in the Bhumiraj Casa building in Sector 15. We are the L&T Eccd unit for this area, and we’ve been operating from this residential-style setup for a good while. It’s a bit different from being in a big commercial tower, but it keeps things feeling a lot more personal and grounded. Navi Mumbai is always under construction, so we stay pretty busy with all the design and engineering coordination that goes into those projects. We don’t have a big team or a lot of corporate polish. It’s just us in the office, surrounded by computers and a lot of project files. We don’t go for any of that fancy marketing language. We just speak plainly about what needs to be done each day. Sometimes the traffic in Sanpada is a nightmare, but once we’re at our desks, we just focus on the work. It’s a lot of checking drawings and making sure the supplies are where they should be. We aren’t trying to be the most famous company out there; we just want to be reliable and get our tasks finished on time. The office can get a little crowded when we have meetings, but we make it work. It’s just a normal, everyday job for us, and we like being part of the growth happening here in Sector 15. We just take it one day at a time and keep things simple.
