Vsv Engineers

Vsv Engineers is located at W-390 in the Midc Rabale area. We are part of the T.T.C. Indl. Area along the Thane Belapur Road. It’s a big industrial stretch, and we’ve been here since before some of the newer buildings went up. Our shop is mostly filled with tools and heavy workbenches. It’s not a clean place; there’s always some grease or metal dust around. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a corporate office with carpets and glass walls. Our office is just a small partitioned space with an old desk and a calendar from three years ago. We don't really care about the decor much. What matters is the work we do on the floor. Most of our guys have been with us for a decade or more. We know each other’s families and stories. We don't use a lot of fancy software to track things, just some ledgers and a lot of memory. The noise from the road is constant, but you get used to it after a while. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our overalls, busy with a project. We don’t do big lunch breaks, usually just something quick so we can get back to it. It’s a solid place to work, even if it’s a bit rough around the edges. We keep it simple and stay out of trouble.
