We are located at 48, Jawahar Ind. Area in Kamotha, Panvel. Suretech Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. is a place where we focus on the hardware side of infrastructure. Our yard is usually full of equipment, and it can get quite muddy when the monsoon hits Panvel. The office is right next to the storage area, so you can always hear what’s going on outside. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a gate and a building where we do our work. Most of the people here live nearby and have been with us for a while. We handle a lot of heavy gear, so safety is something we talk about a lot, even if we don't have a big corporate handbook for it. The traffic around Kamotha can be pretty bad, so we try to get our deliveries out early. Our desks are usually piled with site reports and technical manuals. We’re not trying to impress anyone with big talk. We just provide the tools and equipment that people need for their construction projects. It’s a lot of physical work and logistics. We like being in the Jawahar Industrial Area because everything we need is close by. It’s just a regular business doing regular work. We keep the equipment ready and the yard organized as much as the weather allows us.
