Steelcons Engineering Pvt. Ltd.

Our facility is located in the TTC Industrial Area, specifically at R-215 in MIDC Rabale. Steelcons Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is basically a large shed where we handle a lot of heavy metal fabrication and engineering. Rabale is a massive industrial hub, so we are surrounded by chimneys, trucks, and other workshops all day long. Our place is a bit rough around the edges, the kind of environment where you absolutely have to wear your safety boots and a hard hat. We have these big overhead cranes for moving the heavy steel beams around, and they make a lot of noise when they are running. The office part is just a small area we partitioned off at the front to handle the billing and talk to anyone who drops by. It is usually pretty loud because of the grinding machines and the air compressors hum in the background. We don't have any marketing people or a sales team. We just focus on the engineering. Most of the guys on the shop floor have been doing this for a long time and they know exactly how to weld a clean seam. We deal with complicated blueprints and tight deadlines almost every week. It can get pretty stressful when we have a large project that needs to be loaded onto a truck by morning, but that is just the way the business goes. We have been in Rabale for a long time and have seen the area change.
