Sai Engineering Works

Sai Engineering Works is located at W-81 in the M.I.D.C. area of Rabale. We are right off the Thane Belapur Road, which is one of the busiest stretches you’ll ever see. The TTC Industrial Area is huge, and W-81 is our little corner of it. Most of the day, you can hear the sound of the traffic from the main road mixing with the sounds of our workshop. We do a lot of manual engineering work here. It’s not automated by robots or anything like that. It’s just us using our hands and the tools we’ve had for years. The building itself has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We don't have a big fancy sign or a glossy brochure. Most people find us because they’ve heard about our work from someone else in the district. It’s a hot and dusty environment, especially when the afternoon sun hits the metal roof. We usually have the radio playing to keep things lively while we work. We aren't big on corporate rules or long meetings. If there is a problem with a piece of equipment, we just stand around it until we figure out how to fix it. It’s a very hands-on way to spend the day. We’ve been in Rabale for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the area change around us, but our shop stays pretty much the same. We just show up and get the work finished.
