You can find Furnace Fabrica Limited over at the Ridhima Complex in Navi Mumbai. We have our main workspace in Flat 602. It is a bit of a different environment since we are operating out of a residential complex, but it actually keeps things feeling a bit more grounded and less like a cold warehouse. The atmosphere is mostly quiet, which is good for the technical stuff we have to deal with every day. We have been in this part of Maharashtra for some time, and we’ve gotten used to the way things move around here. It is not a place with a huge staff or a lot of noise. Instead, it’s just a few of us making sure everything is running right with the fabrication projects. We don't use any fancy language to describe ourselves because the work usually speaks for itself. There’s always a kettle going for tea and a lot of folders stacked up on the tables. It is a bit cramped sometimes when we have a lot of projects going at once, but we manage just fine. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just regular people doing a technical job in a neighborhood we know well. It’s a practical setup that allows us to stay close to the work without all the unnecessary overhead that comes with a bigger, flashier office space.
