Our office is located in Omkar Apartment, right in Sector 01 of Sanpada. It’s actually flat 102, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate building, which suits us just fine. Being here in Navi Mumbai means we are close to a lot of the sites we work on. Bonace Engineering Pvt. Ltd has been running out of this space for some time now. We have a small desk setup and some computers where we go over drawings and plans. It’s usually quiet enough to get things done, though the neighborhood can get a bit lively in the afternoons. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of people, just a dedicated team doing engineering work day in and day out. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the internet acts up, but we manage. Most of our time is spent looking at technical details or talking to clients on the phone. It’s a practical way to work without all the unnecessary overhead of a fancy high-rise office. We know the local shops around Sanpada pretty well by now. If you’re looking for us, just head to the first floor of the apartment block. We’re usually there until late most evenings making sure the projects are on track. It's just a regular workplace for us where we try to do decent work every day. There is always a lot to keep track of, but we get it done eventually.
