Batliboi Engineering Ltd.

We’ve been set up here at Flat No.-3 in the Phoenix Co-Op Housing Society for quite some time now. Being in Vashi, specifically Sector-9A, means we are right in the middle of things in Navi Mumbai. Batliboi Engineering Ltd. is just our small team working out of this office on various projects. It isn’t a fancy corporate glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular flat where we handle our engineering business and keep our files. Most people around here know the plot number 23 area well. We spend a lot of our days just getting through the technical work that comes our way. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork, but we manage just fine. It’s a quiet enough spot to focus, though the neighborhood can get busy during peak hours. We don’t really do much advertising or have a big flashy sign outside. People usually find us because they need specific engineering help and know we are located here in Navi Mumbai. We’ve seen the area change over the years while we stayed put in this housing society. It’s a practical place to work from. There is always someone in the office during the week if you need to drop something off. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is expected of us. It’s a straightforward setup and it works for what we need to do every day.
