You can find us at R-95380 in the TTC Industrial Area. We are right in the MIDC part of Rabale, across from the Thane Belapur Road. It’s an industrial spot, so there are always a lot of trucks and heavy machines moving around. M. K. Engineers & Controls Pvt. Ltd. has been sitting here for quite some time. The office is very functional. We have a lot of technical drawings and control panels laying around on the benches. It's not the cleanest place because it's an engineering office after all. There is always a bit of dust from the road and the nearby factories. We wear our boots and just get to work. It's mostly about checking specs and making sure the controls work like they are supposed to. We don't have a receptionist in a suit waiting at the door. Usually, you just walk in and see one of us at a desk or working on a piece of equipment. The Thane Belapur Road is always jammed in the evenings. We see the traffic from the window. It’s a busy life in Rabale. We handle our projects one by one as they come in. There’s no big secret to how we work. We just look at the plans and do the engineering. We’ve been in this industrial belt long enough to know how things go. It’s loud and it’s dusty, but it’s where we do our business every day. We have an old coffee machine that barely works.
