Ritesh Engineering Works

If you head over to the TTC MIDC area in Rabale, you’ll find Ritesh Engineering Works at SS-398 A. It’s a real industrial spot, surrounded by other sheds and factories. The air always smells a bit like metal and oil around here. We spend our days surrounded by machines and parts, trying to keep up with the orders that come in. It gets pretty loud once everything is running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. The floor is concrete and has some stains from years of work, but that’s just how an engineering place looks. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone with grease on their hands working on a machine. Rabale is a tough place to work in the summer because the sheds get really hot, but we’ve got our big industrial fans to keep the air moving. We’ve been at SS-398 A for a long time, and we know most of the other guys in this part of MIDC. We share tools sometimes or help each other out when a machine breaks down. Ritesh Engineering Works is basically just a group of us who know how to fix things and make things. We aren't interested in looking polished. We just want to get the engineering right and make sure the jobs are done. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know.
