We are located at Plot No. D-198 in the TTC Industrial Area, which is part of MIDC Turbhe in Navi Mumbai. It is a very busy part of the city. Getting here in the morning can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic near the station and the main highway. Our building is just like the others on the street, a solid block where we do our manufacturing. We have been in Turbhe for quite some time now. The workspace is divided into different sections for the various stages of production. It is always loud because of the heavy machinery and the trucks loading up outside our doors. We have a small office upstairs where we handle the bills and the phone calls, but the real work happens on the ground floor. The air in MIDC is always thick with the sound of industry and nearby factories. We do not have a reception desk or a fancy lobby. You just walk in through the main shutters. We have a small team, and we have all been doing this for years. We know the machines better than we know our own cars. Lunch is usually spent sitting on whatever stools are free near the back. It is not a glamorous life, but we keep at it because it is what we know how to do. We just want to get through the orders and make sure everything is okay before it goes out.
