If you ever find yourself in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, you might end up near Sector 19. That’s where we are, specifically in the Riddhi Siddhi Heritage building. We’re up on the seventh floor in flat 701, which isn't your typical factory floor, but it’s where we handle the business side of things. Bainite Machines deals with heavy equipment, so there’s always a lot of technical talk happening around the coffee machine. Navi Mumbai is growing so fast, and being in Airoli puts us right in the heart of all that expansion. The office is often full of catalogs and spare part lists. We spend a lot of time on the phone with clients or coordinating with the technical teams out on the field. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is trying to solve a mechanical problem at the same time. We don’t have a big HR department or anything; it’s mostly just us trying to keep the schedules on track. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, which is a bit of a pain when you’re in a rush. But the view from the seventh floor is okay, and it’s a decent place to work. We just focus on getting the machines to where they need to go and making sure the orders are correct. It’s a busy life, but it keeps us on our toes.
