Our unit is located at R 503 in the Rabale MIDC area. It is a heavy industrial spot, so there is always the sound of welding or metal cutting going on from the shops nearby. We handle a lot of engineering tasks here, mostly fabrication stuff that people need for their specific projects. The workshop isn’t exactly a quiet place to sit, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We have got a small team of workers who really know their way around the tools and the blueprints. Sometimes the deadlines get very tight and we have to stay late into the evening to finish up a batch of parts. It is not a glamorous life, just plenty of grease, noise, and metal shavings on the floor. The office is right inside the main shed, so we can always keep an eye on what is happening on the shop floor. Rabale is a busy hub, and we fit right in with the other engineering shops on this same street. We have had some of the same machines for a long time, and we know their quirks by heart. If something breaks down, we usually just fix it ourselves and get back to work. We do not spend money on advertising because the work usually speaks for itself when people see the quality of the finished parts. It is all about being reliable and showing up every morning. We drink a lot of tea while looking over the day's schedule.
