Promas Engineers Private Limited

You can find us over at Promas House, Plot No. R-877 in the TTC Industrial Area. This part of Rabale is always buzzing with activity. We are an engineering firm, but it’s more of a family feel here at Promas Engineers Private Limited. The building is our own space, and we’ve filled it with the machines and desks we need to get our work done. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of trucks and the smell of nearby factories. We aren't looking to impress anyone with a lobby or a receptionist. Usually, you just walk in and find someone at their desk or out on the floor. We spend our hours designing and putting things together. Some of us have been here since the start, and we’ve seen the plot change from a quiet corner to a busy site. We don't have a big corporate culture. We just eat our lunch together and talk about what’s going on at home or a problem we’re having with a specific design. It gets hot in the summer, but we just keep the doors open for a breeze. We take pride in the fact that we can fix most things ourselves. It’s a hands-on kind of place. No fluff, no complicated mottos. We just do the engineering work that people pay us for and try to do it right the first time every single day.
