Mahimtura Consultancy

We are over in Airoli, at Mahimtura Consultancy. Specifically, we are in the Akshay Co. Housing Society, Sector 15. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a community than a cold business district. Being in C-8-2/4, we have a small but functional space where we look at plans and do our consulting work. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, but our little corner of Sector 15 stays pretty grounded. We don't have a big reception desk with a logo behind it. It's mostly just tables covered in blueprints and laptops. We do our work, talk to the clients who come by, and try to keep things simple. Since we are in a housing society, we have to be mindful of the neighbors, which keeps the atmosphere calm. The Maharashtra sun can be tough, but we have some good windows that let in the light without too much heat. People usually find us by looking for the Akshay building. It’s not a corporate skyscraper. It’s a place where real work happens without the need for suits and ties every single day. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know us. We’re just part of the neighborhood, providing our consultancy services to whoever needs them in the Airoli area. It’s a steady life and we like the quiet of the sector. There is a nice breeze that comes through the balcony sometimes in the evening.
