Our place is in the TTC Industrial Area over in Turbhe, at C-227. Being in an industrial zone means there’s always something going on nearby. Trucks moving, the sound of machinery, and people busy in the shops around us. K-Tek Level Engineering Pvt Ltd is where we do our technical work. It’s more of a functional space than a pretty one. We’ve got workbenches, testing equipment, and a lot of metal parts lying around. The Indira Nagar bus stand is close by, so it’s easy to give people directions. We spend a lot of time checking levels and making sure things are built right. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that help. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We aren't the type to sit in meetings all day. Usually, we are out on the floor or looking at drawings. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed among the staff. We’ve known each other a long time. We just focus on building things that work and getting the orders out on time. It’s a gritty part of town, but it suits us just fine. We like being where the actual making of things happens. It can get noisy and dusty, but that is part of the work. We usually head out around six once we’ve tidied up the tools for the next morning. It is simple work but it keeps us active.
