Intercer Engineering Works

Our workshop is at R-311 in the M.I.D.C. area over in Rabale. If you know the Thane Belapur Road, you know it gets incredibly crowded with all the commuters. We’ve been tucked away in this industrial zone for quite a while. Engineering is what we do, which mostly means machines, tools, and a lot of grease. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice suit. There’s always the sound of cutting or welding going on in the background. We don’t have a fancy sales department. Usually, it’s just one of us answering the phone while trying to finish a part on the lathe. We take on jobs that require a bit of thinking and some heavy lifting. Some days are frustrating when a part doesn't fit right, but we stay until it’s fixed. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just want to get the engineering right so the client can get their machines running again. The tea stall around the corner is where we spend our breaks. It’s a tough environment, especially in the humidity, but we’re used to it. Most of our customers are other factories nearby. They know we’re here and that we don’t make a big fuss about things. We just do the work we’re given and try to be honest about what we can handle.
