We are based in Vashi, right across the road from the RTO office. Our office is number 804 in Ambience Court, which is in Sector-19D. It is a pretty good location because everyone knows where the RTO is, so we never have to spend much time explaining where we are. Being on the eighth floor gives us a bit of a view of the area, but most of the time we are just staring at our computer screens. Insteel Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is just a group of us doing engineering work. We aren't doing the heavy physical labor here, mostly just the planning and the technical drawings. Vashi is a very busy part of Navi Mumbai, so there are always people and cars moving around outside. The building is usually full of other people working in different professions. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. We just have our own office space where we put in our hours every day. It can get a little hectic when we have a lot of project deadlines coming up at once. We’ve been in this spot for a while and the office has sort of grown around us over time. There are piles of plans and documents all over the desks. We don't follow any strict dress codes here. We just dress for the work we have to do. It is a very standard engineering office. We are just regular people working on projects.
