Furnace Fabrica

Our workshop is located at D 163 in the TTC MIDC area, which is part of Pawane Village. We are right off the Thane Belapur Road, so we are surrounded by other factories and industrial units. It’s a very gritty part of the region, which is exactly where you’d expect a fabrication business to be. We mostly work with furnaces and other heavy metal structures. It gets incredibly hot in the shop, especially during the middle of the day. You can hear the constant hum of the machines and the trucks passing by on the main road. We’ve been at this Pawane location for quite a while. It’s not a place for visitors to see anything pretty. It’s just a big workspace filled with steel, welding equipment, and scrap metal. Our crew is small but they know their way around a furnace. We don't spend money on fancy signs or office furniture. Most of our budget goes into the tools we need to do the job. The Thane Belapur Road is always jammed, so getting materials in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We just start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and stay until the work is done. It’s a tough environment, but we’ve gotten used to the dust and the noise over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the welding.
