Our office is at 302 Madhuban CHS, on Plot No 25 in Sector 6 of Airoli. It is in the New Bombay area, and while the address mentions Kalyan and 1971, this is where we actually sit and work every day. Being in a cooperative housing society means we are surrounded by families and regular life. The office is on the third floor, and the elevator is a bit small, so we usually wait a while if there’s a crowd. Inside, it’s a typical setup with a few partitioned desks and a lot of wires running along the floor. We try to keep things tidy, but there is always a lot of paperwork around. The windows look out over the street, so we can see the commute starting and ending. We have a small corner where we keep the water filter and some biscuits for tea time. It’s a very plain environment without any corporate branding or fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, check our emails, and start on whatever projects are currently active. Most of the people here have been working in this industry for a long time, so we just get on with things without much talk. It’s a quiet, functional space that serves us well for our daily needs. There is nothing special about the decor, but the people here are good at what they do.
