Out here in the TTC Industrial Area at Mahape, things move pretty fast. Our place at Plot A-440 is where we spend most of our hours, day in and day out. Being in the MIDC zone means we’re surrounded by other engineering shops and factories, so there is always noise and movement around us. We’ve got our machinery set up inside and we mostly focus on the technical side of things. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when all the machines are running, but we’re used to it. The team here at Dhanvanthri Engineers is a mix of older guys who know the old ways and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We don't really go for big speeches about what we do. We just take the drawings or the parts and get to work on them. Sometimes things go perfectly on the first try, and other times we have to tweak the settings a bit until it’s right. That’s just how engineering is in a real workshop. People from around Navi Mumbai usually drop by to check on their orders or talk about a new job. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of blueprints piled up. We prefer it that way, honestly. It’s more about the work happening on the floor than having a polished front. We’ve stayed in Mahape because it’s where the industry is, and it works for us day after day.
