Accupack Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is located at R-523 in the T.T.C. Industrial Area. We are right in the middle of the MIDC in Rabale, Navi Mumbai. Being in an industrial area means there is always a lot of activity around us. You hear the sounds of trucks and machinery pretty much all day long. Our office and workspace are combined here. It’s not the cleanest or quietest place, but it’s where the actual work happens. We spend our time designing and putting things together. The staff here is mostly people who like working with their hands or solving mechanical problems. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Usually, if we need to talk about something, we just walk over to the other person's desk or workbench. It’s a very hands-on environment. Rabale is a bit out of the way for some, but for an engineering firm, it’s a good spot to be. We have everything we need close by. We don't bother with fancy brochures or marketing talk. We just show people what we’ve built and let that be it. Some days are long, especially when we are trying to get a machine ready for a deadline. But we have a good rhythm going. It’s just honest work in a busy industrial hub, and we’ve been doing it this way for years. We aren't looking to change much.
