Mera-Li-Yaha Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group, Mera-Li-Yaha Mahila Farmer Producer Company Limited, is located at House Number 348 in Belipada. This is in the Talode area of Nandurbar. It is a place where the women do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to the farms. We decided to come together to make things a bit more organized for the families in Belipada. Life here revolves around the seasons. When it is time to sow, everyone is out in the fields from dawn. When harvest comes, the house at 425413 becomes a very busy hub. We don't have fancy equipment or a big staff. It is mainly just the local women taking turns to manage the records and the stock. Sometimes the kids are running around while we try to count the bags of produce. It is a bit chaotic but it is how we live. The roads around here can be a bit rough after the rains, so getting trucks in and out is always a challenge. We talk about the simple things like the price of fertilizer or which seeds did better last year. We aren't trying to be some big company; we just want a way to sell what we grow without too much trouble. It is a very direct way of working, and we prefer it that way.
