Suttam Agro Farmer Producer Companylimited is based out of House No. 505 in Vanyavihir. If you know the Akkalkuwa taluka, we are right in that part of Nandurbar. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where all the farming happens. The house is where we keep the records and where we sit down to talk about the grain and whatever else we are growing. Mostly, it’s just a bunch of us from the village trying to make sense of the market. Nandurbar is known for its landscape, and we have to deal with the hills and the weather patterns here. We don't have a big corporate team, just local people who know how the dirt feels. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough, especially when the monsoon hits Vanyavihir, but we keep the operations running. My cousin and a few others help out with the paperwork because the government wants everything documented these days. We mostly focus on what the local farmers in the Akkalkuwa area are doing. It's not a complicated setup. We just wanted a way to work together instead of everyone doing their own thing and struggling. Usually, you’ll find someone at the house or out in the nearby fields. We try to keep things simple and honest. The crops vary depending on the rain, but we are always around. It’s just how things go in this part of the world.
