Navapur Lucky Farmer Producer Company Limited is found in Juni Visarwadi. We are located care of Ghanshyam Yashwant Gavit’s place. This is in the Nawapur Taluka. It’s a local operation, run by people who actually live here. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters. We just use the space at Ghanshyam’s house to manage everything for the farmer producer group. It’s a familiar spot for most of the folks living in Juni Visarwadi. We sit around and talk about the crops, the weather, and how to get things sold. The atmosphere is very casual. You might find us drinking tea and going over the accounts on the porch. Nawapur is our home, and we wanted to have a company that reflects that. We aren't trying to be "lucky" by chance, it's just the name we picked. The real work is in the fields and in the coordination we do from this house. It’s simple and honest. We don’t use big words or have complicated meetings. If a farmer has a problem, they just walk up to the door and we talk it out. That is how we have always done things here. It is just a group of us trying to make a living and help our community in Nawapur. We don't need fancy offices for that, just a good place to talk and work.
