We are located at house number 16 in a village called Hadoli Br. It’s out in the Kandhar area of Nanded. Most people around here are farmers, and we are really no different. A few of us came together to register this company so we could work as a single unit. It’s much easier to talk to the banks or the buyers when you have a proper name behind you. We don't have a big staff at all. It's mostly just the members helping out when they have a spare moment. The village is quite small and everyone knows each other by name. We spend our mornings out in the fields and the afternoons usually involve sitting around together and talking about market rates or what fertilizer to use this year. It’s a very local, neighborhood thing. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just trying to make our farming life in Nanded a little more organized. The house at post Hadoli is where we keep our records and meet up to talk. It's not a corporate office with big glass walls. It's just a regular house. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow or the power goes out, but we always get the work done. It’s an honest way to live. We’ve been here for many generations and this company is just the latest way we’re trying to keep the farms going for our children and the future of the village.
