Nanded Vision Agro Producer Company Limited

In the village of Barad, we have our small office for Nanded Vision Agro Producer Company Limited. It’s at Vikas Deeliprao Deshmukh’s place, house number 1134. We are just a group of farmers from around the Nanded area who thought it would be smarter to work as one. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, and we aren't always the fastest at it. We deal with the crops we grow right here on our own land. Sometimes the market prices are good and sometimes they are terrible, so we try to help each other out during the bad times. We don’t have any polished speeches about what we do. We just wake up early, go to the fields, and then meet up at the house to talk about who is buying what. The Barad area has good people and we’ve all known each other since we were small. That makes it easier to trust each other with the business side of things. It’s a lot of manual labor and sometimes the trucks are late or the seeds don't sprout like they should. We just deal with those problems as they come up. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s our life. We keep our records in simple notebooks and try to make sure everyone gets a fair share of the work.
