Tirupatibalaji Farmer Producer Company Limited

We started this company over at Survey Number 122 in Pardi Kh, which is a small part of Kinwat. Most of us here are just folks from the nearby fields who wanted a better way to handle the crops after the harvest. The office is really just a room at Tirupati Bhart Kendre. It isn’t fancy at all. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and how the rains are affecting the soil this year. When the trucks come in, it gets pretty busy and loud, but that is just how it goes in this line of work. We handle the paperwork for the farmers and try to make sure everyone gets a fair shake. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we end up doing things the old way with notebooks and pens. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the sun is high and the dust from the road starts blowing into the yard. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the area well. Most days start early before the heat gets too bad. We look after the seeds and the storage and talk to the people who buy the grain. It’s a straightforward business and we just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or trouble for anyone involved in the group. Most of the people around here know where we are if they need to drop something off.
