Sunkewar Farmer Producer Company Limited is located in Ghungrala, which is a small post in the Naigaon Bz area of Nanded. We are a local group of farmers who decided to team up. There isn’t much to say about our office because it’s just a regular building where we meet to discuss the season. In this part of Nanded, everyone knows everyone else. We deal with the typical crops grown around here and try to figure out the best way to move them. It is honest work and can be quite tiring during the peak months. We don't use any fancy management talk here. We just sit down, look at the numbers, and see what the fields are producing. Some days are better than others, especially when the weather stays clear for the harvest. Sunkewar was set up to make things a little more organized for us. We handle the collection and the sorting of what we grow. Our address is right there in the village of Ghungrala. If you come by, you’ll see us busy with sacks or paperwork. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, the local farmers, trying to make a living and keep the community going. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure the supplies are ready when the trucks arrive. It’s a simple way of working but it has been going okay for us so far in this district.
