Shree Audumbar Farmer Producer Company Limited

We started this group in Hadgaon to get the local farmers together and work as one. It is located at 234/5, P.No.13 in Kadam Nagar. Most of us around here have been working the land for many years, and we just felt it was finally time to coordinate things a bit better under the Shree Audumbar name. Life in Nanded really revolves around the seasons, so there is always something to do, whether it is planning for the next crop or dealing with the heavy rains. The office is just a simple place where we meet up and talk about what needs doing next. It is not fancy at all. We just wanted a way to handle our produce without so many middle people involved. Sometimes the weather does not cooperate, but that is just how it goes when you work in agriculture. People stop by the Kadam Nagar spot to chat or sort out their paperwork. It is mostly just about getting the work done and making sure everyone gets a fair shake. We have got a lot of families involved now. It is hard work, waking up early and staying out late in the fields, but being part of this producer company makes it feel like we aren't just doing it all on our own anymore. We keep things pretty straightforward. There is no big corporate office, just us working out of Hadgaon. We are just a bunch of people trying to make the farm life work.
