Shivatma Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Dongaon Bk, which is a small spot in the Biloli tehsil of Nanded. Most of us here have been farming our whole lives, just like our fathers did before us. Shivatma Farmers Producer Company Limited started because a few of us realized that sitting around and complaining about market prices wasn't doing much for our families. The ground here in Nanded can be tough, and some years the rain doesn't cooperate like we want it to, but we keep at it. Our office is right there in the village, nothing fancy at all, just a place where we can meet up and figure out what to do with our crops. We mostly handle things like grains and whatever else is growing in our neighbors' fields. It is not a big corporate thing, just a group of local people trying to make the work a bit easier. Sometimes the paperwork gets confusing for us, but we help each other out. We wanted a name that sounded right for the area, so we went with Shivatma. If you ever find yourself near Biloli, you will see the fields we work in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just some honest folks from Dongaon who know how to handle a tractor and a plow. It has been a learning process for everyone involved, especially the business side of things, but we are slowly getting the hang of it together.
