Shingroba Farmers Producer Company Limited

We started Shingroba Farmers Producer Company Limited over at Shri Govindrao Sambhaji Kakade’s place. It is House Number 134 in Teloor, which is part of the Kandhar taluka. If you are from around here, you know it is mostly about the farming life. We are not a big city company. We are just a group of neighbors who realized we could do more if we put our names together on paper. Govindrao was kind enough to let us use his place as the main address. That is where we keep the books and meet up when the sun goes down. Most of the time, our real work is happening out in the dirt, not in an office. We talk about what crops are doing well and how we can help each other out with the heavy lifting. The name Shingroba comes from our local roots. We do not have a lot of polished speeches or big plans to change the world. We just want to make sure the farming life in Teloor stays viable for the people who live here. It is a lot of small tasks—checking on the seeds, talking to the other members, and making sure the paperwork for the company stays up to date. It can be a headache sometimes, but it is better than trying to handle everything alone. We are just regular farmers doing our best to keep the tradition going while using the company to make things official.
