Our business is run out of the home of Mr. Rangnathrao Parasramji Kadamat in Limbgaon. We are in the Nanded district, and most people here know the family well. We deal with herbal and nutraceutical products, which is basically just using what grows in nature to help people feel better. It’s not a big industrial plant with smoke and noise. We work in a very small-scale way, mostly processing herbs and making simple mixtures. The post office in Limbgaon is nearby, and that’s how we get most of our mail and send things out. We started this because we had an interest in traditional plants that have been used around Nanded for many generations. We don't have a marketing department or a sales team. If someone needs something, they usually just come to the house or call us up to see what we have ready. The work is slow and needs a lot of patience. You can't rush plants when they are drying. We spend a lot of time drying things out and making sure everything is clean. It’s a quiet life here in the village. We aren't trying to compete with the big medicine companies. We just like doing things the old-fashioned way. It’s a family-run kind of thing, where everyone chips in when there is a lot of work to do. We keep things local and simple because that is what we know. It is a steady way of living.
