Being near the talkies means there’s always people around, which is quite different from the quiet fields where we actually do the farming. We decided to set up here to be more accessible to everyone. Balaji Ramrao Kadam is the one who keeps things moving from the office. We handle a lot of the logistics for the farmers in the Nanded region. It is a mix of urban and rural life for us. One day we are out looking at crops, and the next we are sitting in the office near the theater trying to sort out transport and paperwork. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do.
