Rudra Ishwar Agro Farmer Producer is located out here in Ibrahimpur, which is part of Degloor in the Nanded district. We’re set up at C/O Rukmaji Mansing's place. It’s a quiet area mostly, very much focused on what’s happening in the fields. We started this because we wanted to have a proper way for the farmers around here to get their work organized. Ibrahimpur isn't a huge place, so everyone knows where the office is. We spend a lot of our time just talking to people from the village and the nearby areas about their harvests. Being in Nanded gives us a good connection to the bigger markets, but our heart is definitely here in Degloor. Some days the road to get here is a bit dusty, and things don't always run on a perfect schedule, but that is just life in the village. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with shiny desks. It’s more about sitting down, having a tea, and figuring out the next steps for the farm. Rukmaji’s place serves as our main base where we keep our records and meet up. It’s practical and it works for what we need to do. We just want to make sure the work gets done and the crops are handled right. It’s a local effort, through and through, and we’re proud to be part of the community here. There is always something to do around the farm.
