We are based at 447, At Dhanora (Bk), which is in the Umari tehsil of Nanded. Raodhanorkar Farmer Producer Company Limited is really just a bunch of us from the village trying to make things a bit better for our families. Nanded 431807 is our patch of the world. Life in Dhanora is quiet for the most part, except when it’s time to bring the crops in. That’s when things get hectic around here. We decided to form this company because we were tired of being treated like we didn't matter in the bigger market. Now, we have a place to gather and talk about what we need. The office is small and usually smells like rain or dust, depending on the month. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there with a ledger. We make a lot of mistakes, but we learn as we go. It’s a group effort, and everyone puts in what they can. Sometimes the paperwork for the government takes forever, and we get frustrated. But then we look at the fields and remember why we started this. It’s about the community here in Umari. We don't have big dreams of being famous. We just want to make sure the work we do pays off for everyone involved.
