Ramashray Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at House No-07 in Tulshi. We are right near the Ashram School, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. This is in the Mahur taluka of Nanded district. We focus on helping the farmers around here get organized. It’s a small place and we don't have a lot of fancy equipment. Mostly just a few tables and some ledgers to keep track of things. We are just people from the community who wanted to do something useful. The work is mostly about coordinating between the growers and the buyers. It takes a lot of time to get everyone on the same page. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get around. We are not a corporate office with suits and ties. We are usually in our work clothes, dealing with the dust and the heat. Nanded is where we live and work, and we care about how things go for the families here. If you come by the Ashram School, you're pretty much there. We spend our days making sure the paperwork is done and that the farmers are getting a fair shake. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We try to stay honest and just do the work that is in front of us every day without making a big fuss.
