You can find us at 377 Narsi Road in Khairgaon, which is part of the Naigaon area in Nanded. We are right on the road, so it’s easy for the trucks to get in and out. This company is basically a group of farmers from the Nanded district who wanted to do things a bit differently. Instead of working alone, we pool our resources. The office is a functional building where we handle the logistics of our farming business. It’s not very fancy inside, just some desks, a few benches, and a lot of paperwork regarding the harvests. We spend a lot of time discussing the local crops and how the market is looking in Naigaon. It gets pretty loud and busy when the harvest comes in. We deal with a lot of people from the nearby villages. It's a lot of manual work, checking the quality of the seeds and the produce. We don't have a team of experts in ties; we are the experts because we are the ones in the dirt every day. The Nanded weather keeps us on our toes, and we just try to adapt. We help each other with transport and finding the right buyers. It’s a very direct way of working. No middleman stuff if we can help it. Just a bunch of guys from Khairgaon trying to make a living from the land without getting shortchanged.
