Nirmalkhawa Farmer Producer Company Limited

We operate out of the MIDC area in Bhoom, specifically at the Shweta Industries site. We are listed on Plots A3 and A4. Nirmalkhawa Farmer Producer Company Limited is the name on the gate. It is a bit of an industrial setting for a group of farmers, but it gives us the space we need for our equipment and some storage. We aren't big on appearances. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint and the office is usually cluttered with files and samples. We started this because the farmers in our area needed a way to pool their resources. Working alone was just getting too expensive with the cost of seeds and everything else going up. Here at the MIDC, we can manage the processing side of things too. It is mostly a lot of physical labor and then some hours spent at a desk trying to figure out the finances. We don't have a marketing team or a fancy website. Most people just know us by word of mouth in the local farming community. We are just trying to build something that lasts for our kids. It’s a slow process and we make mistakes sometimes, but we are learning as we go. If you come by the plots, you'll see we are just regular folks working hard to make the agro business work. We stay focused on the tasks right in front of us.
