Navachaitanyamahila Farmer Producercompany Limited is based out of Degloor, specifically in Ward No. 14. If you know where the TV center is, we are right near there, working out of Shri S M Eklare’s spot. We are a group of women who decided to pool our resources and see what we could do together as farmers. Nanded is where we all live and work, so it made sense to set something up right here at home. Farming is tough work, and doing it alone is even tougher, so having this company helps us stay organized. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation; we just want to look after our crops and help each other out with the daily chores of running a farm business. The office is pretty quiet most days unless we have a meeting to discuss the season. We talk about seeds, the rain, and who’s doing what in the fields. It’s a simple setup. Being near the TV center makes it easy for people to find us when they need to talk about the harvest. We’ve all grown up around here, so we know the land pretty well. There’s always something to do, whether it’s checking the dirt or fixing a tool. We just keep our heads down and work. It's not always pretty, and we make mistakes, but we’re learning as we go. That’s just how life is in Degloor for us.
