We're based in Panbhosi near the Nsbv High School. Lungarenchi Agrani Producer Company Limited started because folks in Kandhar needed a way to get things done together. Most of us here in Nanded are used to the hard work on the land. It isn't always easy, especially when prices go up and down or the rain doesn't show up when it should. We set up our office at House No. 53. It’s a plain place, nothing fancy, just a spot where we meet up and figure out how to manage our crops better. People stop by after dropping kids off at school or on their way to the fields. We mostly talk about what seeds are working and how to get a fair price for what we grow. Being a producer company means we're just a group of neighbors trying to help each other out so one person doesn't have to carry the whole load. It takes a lot of paperwork and time to keep things running, but we're sticking with it. The roads around here can be dusty in the summer and muddy in the monsoon, but we're always around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us, working out of this small village area in Maharashtra, trying to make sure the farming life keeps going for the next generation.
