Krishnamoti Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Degloor in Nanded, right at Radheshyam Motilal Mandhani’s place. It’s a busy spot most days because we are a farmer producer group, so there is always someone coming in or out to talk about the harvest. People here in Maharashtra know how the seasons go, and we just try to keep up with the work that needs doing. It’s not a big fancy office or anything like that. We mostly sit around and figure out what the local farmers need for the coming months. Sometimes the power goes out, or the roads get a bit muddy during the rains, but we stay open. Most of us have been around this district our whole lives. We know the soil and the way things grow around here. It started because a few of us realized we could handle things better if we worked together instead of everyone just doing their own thing. It’s been a lot of paperwork, honestly. Dealing with the registration and the company side of things wasn't easy at first, but we are getting the hang of it now. We spend a lot of time on the phone or just meeting people under the shade when it’s too hot in the office. It’s just regular work for us, trying to get the crops sorted and making sure everyone gets a fair shake. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a local group doing what we can in Degloor.
