Jinke Farmer Producer Company Limited sits right on the Main Road in Jambhrun. If you are passing through Ardhapur in Nanded, you might see us around G. No. 8/1. It’s a busy enough spot for this part of the world. We are a local group of farmers who decided to team up. It’s hard to get anything done as one person when the market is so far away and the costs keep rising. We talk about the weather a lot because that’s what runs our lives. Jambhrun is a good place, but farming here has its ups and downs. We aren't trying to be some big corporation. We just want to get our produce sold and maybe save a bit on what we have to buy. Some of the guys have been farming this land for forty years, and others are just starting out. We try to help each other when the harvest comes all at once. It gets hectic then. People are running around, trucks are coming in, and the coffee gets cold before anyone can drink it. We don't have a polished story to tell. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain stays away too long, and we just have to deal with it. It is honest work, and we are proud to be from Nanded. There are no fancy meetings here, just us trying to make sense of the season and keeping the bills paid.
