You can find us in Mudkhed, Nanded, specifically at Sambhaji Gangaram’s place. We’ve been operating as a producer company for the local farmers around here for a while. The idea was simple: instead of everyone doing their own thing and getting squeezed by middlemen, we’d join up. It’s been an interesting journey. We spend a lot of time in our small office area talking about the best ways to get our crops to market without losing half our profit. We aren't corporate types in suits. Most days we’ve got dirt on our boots and a lot on our minds. We deal with all the usual headaches like logistics and fluctuating prices, but we do it together. Our meetings are pretty informal. We might have some tea and sit around discussing which seeds are holding up best against the pests this year. We don't have a big advertising budget or a polished website. We just rely on each other and the reputation we have in the Mudkhed area. It’s a lot of work to keep the company running alongside our own farms, and sometimes we get behind on the filing. But we’re doing our best to make sure the farmers in our group have a bit more security than they used to. It’s just how we do things here, with no fancy shortcuts or big promises.
