Gugaleshwar Farmers Producer Company

Gugaleshwar Farmers Producer Company is based out of Sailu. We are specifically located in Ganesh Nagar, at House No. 47/2, care of Govind Kaste. This company was formed by local farmers here who wanted to take more control over their own work. Sailu is a small place, and everyone knows everyone else. We run things out of this house because it’s convenient and keeps our costs low. We aren't interested in fancy office buildings or looking corporate. Our daily routine involves meeting up at Govind’s place and discussing what's happening in the fields. We talk about fertilizers, the market rates, and how we can help each other. It’s a very grassroots operation. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just speak our minds and try to do what’s best for the group. Sometimes it’s a struggle to get everything organized, especially during the harvest season when everyone is busy. But we manage. The house in Ganesh Nagar is always open for the members to come and chat. We are just trying to make a decent living from the land and ensure our families are taken care of. It’s about being part of the community in Sailu and working together. We don't promise anything other than hard work and a fair deal for the farmers involved with us every single day.
