Gondeshwar Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Gut No. in Gondi S/Dn Ambad. We are set up at Harishchand Namdev Mundhe’s place. It is a very rural area, so things move a bit slower than in the big towns. We are just a group of farmers who decided to join up and see if we could make life a bit easier for everyone in the village. It is not like we have a big staff or a fancy building. We usually just meet up under a tree or in the house to discuss what is happening with the crops. Ambad is a place where everyone knows their neighbor's business, so we all try to help out when we can. We do not have any polished speeches or marketing tricks. We just know about the soil and the hard work it takes to grow things. Working together as a producer company seemed like the right thing to do. We spend a lot of time worrying about the rain and the market prices, just like every other farmer around here. It is a simple life, but we are proud of what we are doing together. We are just local people trying to make a living from the land we have known our whole lives. Most of our work happens right in the fields and the paperwork is secondary to that.
