Dakshesh Agro Private Limited

Dakshesh Agro is based out of house number 14 in Khanapur. We are in the Deglur taluka of Nanded, which is a place where everyone pretty much knows everyone else. We started this private limited company to handle the more technical side of farming and agro work in our village. It is a small setup. We do not have a lot of staff, just a few of us who handle the buying and selling. Most of the time, we are busy coordinating with the local growers. The office is really just a part of the house where we keep the files and the computer. Nanded has its own challenges with the soil and the weather, so we try to stay on top of things as best we can. We do a lot of driving around to different fields to see how the crops are coming along. It is a lot of work and the hours are long, especially during harvest time. We are not fancy people. We wear our work clothes and we do not mind getting our hands dirty. The goal is just to keep the business moving and support the local economy in Khanapur. It is steady work and we like it that way. We do not make big promises, we just show up and do what needs to be done every single day. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it.
